ReplyDeleteWe know that every child is unique and different from each other.So according to me I have to know each child and know his or her personality, family background, likes dislikes, potentialities. Interst and Learning style. So by knowing them i can plan my lesson according to interest of the student

ReplyDeleteYes i do believe that every child is unique in their own way especially in the field of learning.As a teacher Assessment is a must that i should do in the classroom to know the performance of the students and to strengthen them by using different methods and techniques as per their needs which include learner centred approach, discussions, debate competition, extempore speech role plays, stories and also taking them to field study for better understanding.

ReplyDeleteEvery child is unique and have different capabilities . Inorder to deal this situation as a teacher I should know the background of the child , prior knowledge of the child , Calibre of the child through indirect continuous observation and assessment. Based on the above criteria I would prepare the lesson plan and arrange lessons accordingly which cater to the needs of every child. I would also provide them remedial classes to bridge the gap of learning.

We as teachers have to motivate both but pay more attention to the one who is lacking behind as compare to others and make him/her able to cope up with the others.

Accordingly we have to develop the technique to teach them so that the child can learn in a proper way. ReplyDeleteYes, every child is unique. Even the most identical twins are unique inside out. Their learning style also can vary, though not entirlely. In order to help children to learn, a teacher should make efforts to understand the background, prior knowledge, environment, strength and weaknesses of each child as an individual. More importantly to treat the child as a child or a while being and not as an adult, to get down to their level of understanding.

ReplyDeleteEvery child is unique and extraordinary.Their abilites and thoughs are differ from each and other.Some who can easily catch up and grasp the lesson but on the other hand some who don't. In this case I have been experiment and asked some of my student about their studies and I found that due to their family problem.I therefore asked the respective parents to meet at the school hours and state the problem of their children which he or she are facing everydays.

ReplyDeleteAs teachers we spend day after day with our students. We know their respective strengths, weaknesses and needs. We can use this information to our advantage when planning lessons by differentiating intentionally with groups of Learners in mind. If we often find that lessons are too easy for some students and more challenging for others, differentiation will surely help our teaching practice and our Learners.
A great way to ensure we're meeting students where they are is to have them participate in student-centered activities. Students are constructing their own knowledge, which is a more effective way to learn.
Yes,every child is different the way they perceive things is different so their learning style is also quite different.Within the classroom there is a wide range of students ability.Some are far above the grade level while others are lag behind.Therefore as teachers we need to meet the need of students in the classroom by creating the learning environment with a variety of learning opportunities for hands full experience and effective learning in a joyful manner by using diversified resources rather than focus only on textbook.As children always learn through hands on experience that is learning by doing.As teachers to cater the learning needs of unique children in class we also have to develop student centred interest and mindset, cultivate consistency and use multiple types of assessment.

Yes, every child is unique and has his/her own learning style. So inorder to cater their different needs I have to plan my lesson wisely and develop an environment where a child can be active and have positive participation during learning. Teaching learning process can be easy for fast and average learners,but as for slow learners I need to have patience and work very hard. A teacher's teaching style, therefore, can greatly impact a student’s ability to learn and comprehend.Identifying our students as visual, auditory, reading/writing, kinesthetic, learners, and aligning our overall curriculum with these learning styles, will prove to be beneficial for our entire classroom.

The child brings this uniqueness into each new experience and takes an active role in the process of learning through their engagement in these experiences. Children interact with peers, teachers, materials and the environment and relate each new piece of information to their already existing view of the world. These relationships are the basis of learning and as children explore and discover more about the world, these relationships become more refined and sophisticated.
ReplyDeleteFirst of all I think teachers need to spend more time with the students and understand their likes and dislikes. He/She should have a good knowledge of child psychology. Frequent meetings with parents/guardians should be planned. Knowing all these things will help the teacher to cater the learning needs of all the students in the class...
I would suggest:
1. as a teacher take time to understand each student, their learning levels, their personal issues, etc.
2. on gaining this information start holding group activities as a main tool for classroom teaching
3. Try to put students of same learning levels in the same groups. Shared learning helps in students respecting and learning from one another, they learn the concept of sharing and team work.
Every child is unique,we need to share learning techniques in different ways.some they can get faster, some slow learners and others not at all.As teacher we should understand their capabilities.

ReplyDeleteYes,I believe that every child is unique in their own way.As a teacher,I need to take time to understand each student,their learning levels,their personal issues etc .I will hold group activities as a main tool for classroom teaching.I will put the students of same learning levels in the same groups.Shared learning will help the students respecting and learning from one another,they will learn the concept of sharing and teamwork.I will give activities or discussion questions based on their learning levels.I will arrange a talk session atleast twice a week for 10minutes before the starting of some class so that children learn to share with one another their feelings as well as ideas.

ReplyDeleteYes! I believe that every child is unique and their learning style is different as this is a natural phenomenon. As a teacher it is very important to understand the different needs of an individual child. We can talk to them and observe what their interests, preferences and learning styles are, so that we can go deeper into helping them with areas of their interest. We can keep them focus, if we know what their preferences are, it will arouse them more into knowing what is to be learnt.More importantly if we know their learning styles we can plan our lessons accordingly so that they can be impart the knowledge and information needed because that will keep them interested in learning and it will be fun for them and not a pressure.

A part from this there are other factors underlying students differences .These include innate differences in intelligence , differences in social and economic background. Yes I do believe that every child is unique but their learning style is different,some are very fast to caught what we taught but some are slow. So inorder to cater the different needs of students in our classroom, it (classroom)needs to be Strengthened with required resources, e.g.like textbooks,workbooks and storybooks. And also capacity building of teachers to teach language and maths .

ReplyDeleteYes, every child is special. Their uniqueness can ba seen in the daily classroom. First of all as a teacher I have to understand and know the child first. If we know the students it is very easy to handle, for the fast learner we have to be at par with them in the knowledge field so that they don't feel neglected.

An effective and productive learning-teaching process can be planned by considering these individual differences of the students.
So to cater the needs of the students, we as a teacher should keep in mind the uniqueness in them and accordingly should provide them with a variety of learning opportunities using various available resources rather than focusing only on textbooks.

ReplyDeleteWithin any classroom is a wide range of student ability.Some learners are far above grade level, while others lag behind. This is normal and expected in an educational system that groups students by age.
The following are the ways to cater to the different needs of my students in the classroom:-
(1) Since I as a teacher, I spend day after day with my students. I know their respective strengths, weaknesses and needs. I will use this information to my advantage when planning lessons by differentiating intentionally with group of learners in mind.
(2) By including collaborative and cooperative learning methods. When the classroom shifts from being teacher-centered to student-focused, students are more engaged and invested in their learning.

Inorder to deal this situation as a teacher I should know the background of the child , prior knowledge of the child , Calibre of the child through indirect continuous observation and assessment. Based on the above criteria I would prepare the lesson plan and arrange lessons accordingly which cater to the needs of every child. I would also provide them remedial classes to bridge the gap of learning.
