A stakeholder is anyone who is involved in the welfare and success of a school and its students, including administrators, teachers, staff, students, parents, community members, etc.
We must let then to be independently in anything they do with the guidance of an adult. Children learn a thing or two from the things they experience in their everyday life.
As a teacher I should observe the child in the school and should inform the parents and regular interaction should be done with the parents . We should work as a team to bring out the best in the child without any pressure.
First Cooperation with children is necessary to build relationship and to know the needs of the children. And also cooperation among different stakeholders and parents is another important thing to know or inform the performance of the students.
A stakeholder is anyone who is involved in the welfare and success of a school and its students, including administrators, teachers, staff, students, parents, community members, etc. Stakeholder engagement is considered vital to the success and improvement of a school. Parent, family and community involvement can have a different meaning for different people. As a teacher I would definitely invovle the parents or family to adapt to the learning needs of the children.
In my opinion,I would involve the children's parents or family to adapt to the learning needs of the children.Having a great interaction between the teacher and the children's parents and working as a team to provide necessary needs for the child.
As teacher we must observe children very carefully and guide them.At the sametime we must encourage to do things independently with the guidance of anadult.Because as children they learnnew things from what they experience in their every day life
As a school leader, I would like the stakeholders to know about the activities and learning experiences of the child so that they will understand what are the needs to prepare a child.
As a school leader I would like to engage with different Stakeholders because they are individuals or groups who have an interest or concern for the school. ... Thus, a healthy relationship between the teachers and stakeholders is important, as this will enable everybody to harmoniously work together, which will have a positive impact on the students.
As a school leader,i would definately involve and engage myself with different stakeholders to adapt to the learning needs of thestudent.Having a great interaction andhealthy relationship and working as a team to provide neccessary needs for the student.
Making good relationship with SMC members and gaurdian. Also informing the learning needs of students or school to all stakeholders. Many different way to engage the stakeholders for motivating students.
Making them learn how to rhyme, allowing them to play games , making them sing together and initiating various activities that attract the children to have interests would really help them in adapting them in learning.
To adapt to the learning needs of children of 3-9 years of age, the different stakeholders like students, school administrators, teachers, families, parents, local leaders, community members will engage in the learning needs because they are the heart of the education system. The different stakeholders lie the resources, information, opportunities,the love, caring and wisdom needed to support the goals of the education system - creating the condition for our children to thrive now and in the future.
A school leader needs to appreciate and understand the role of parents, family and community in the foundational stage of learning of children. The school needs to strengthen ties with these stakeholders so that children feel a continuum from the home to the school and back. Some of the activities/practices can be carried out with different stakeholders are as follows: * Conduct parent-family learning workshop * Collect information about talents and skills of parents, families and community members which can be useful for strengthening FLN * Help parents understand about learner assessment * Guide in providing a print rich environment at home and refer to a list of activities they can do with their children regularly * Create space for active parent-teacher meeting.
As a school leader it is our duty to see that the learning needs of our children are met and this can be done successfully only by the involvement of different stakeholders. As parents play an important role in a child's life it is necessary for them to adapt and work as a team with the teacher in order to promote the learning needs of a child, keeping parents well informed about their child's progress is a must.
As a school leader I would like to engage with different stakeholders because they are the person who has an interest or concern in the organization at hand. So, in terms of education, a stakeholder is someone who has a vested interest in the success and welfare of a school or education system.
Different stakeholders play a crucial role in the education system nowadays. All of them have their own specific interest and are strongly motivated to assist the sphere's development. Stakeholders engagement develop family-friendly policies and laws to encourage participation by diverse families. Provide professional development for school teachers on family and community engagement for school. Provide training to community stakeholders and parents to help them develop effective communications and partnering skills.
Stakeholder engagement is considered vital to the success and improvement of a school. The involvement of the broader community of the school with it can improve communication and public understanding and allows for the incorporation of the perspectives, experiences and expertise of participating community members to improve reform proposals, strategies, or processes. Parenting: Help families by providing them with parenting skills and family support, make them understand the phases of child development, its complexities and ways to cope with it. Help schools understand backgrounds and cultures of families and their goals for children. Communicating: Create reliable communication channels between school and home to communicate with families about school programs and student progress. Volunteering: Enable educators to work with volunteers who support students and the school. Involve families as volunteers and as audiences at the school. Learning at Home: Encourage the involvement of families in their children’s academic learning at home through curriculum-related activities such as including homework and goal setting.

First i should observe the child and build a good relationship with the child and inform his/her parents regular ly about her/his performance in the class class.
Involvement of different stakeholders like parents family is important to adapt to the learning needs of the children. Working together and having interaction with different stakeholders will provide different meaning to the learning process.
To engage stakeholders to adapt to the learning needs of children between 3-9 years of age I will first discuss with them the interest and needs of those children and then encourage them to give their inputs and try to apply the valuable inputs for the benefit of the children. If they are given the chance to interact they feel more responsible to the development of children.
We can engage different stakeholders by holding meeting or conference from time to time. We can orient the parents and community regarding the importance of FLN and encourage them in enrolling the children of age 3-9 in pre-primary and primary grades and also to help them in their learning.

The stakeholders play an important role in managing schools. They are the partners of the school leaders in making the schools conducive to teaching and learning. They are also responsible for the achievement of the learning outcomes through their active participation in school activities, programs and projects.
By engaging or involving different stakeholders to adapt to the learning needs of children of the said age-group, the learners will be able to pick up varied skill sets from community mentors, volunteers and other stakeholders. This can be done by regularly organising FLN pertaining community level activities like orientation to Vidyapravesh or Baal-Utsav, etc. where parents can also participate with their children. Along with their parents and community members, they can showcase their talents which will eventually build their self-confidence.
Through meetings.As a school leader update the ongoing learning activities of the children and discuss the various needs in upgrading children's progress in the learning process.
To adapt to the learning needs of children of 3 - 9 years of age the different stakeholders like Teachers, Parents, students and community, policy makers for building a strong foundation of lifelong learning.

To adapt to the learning needs of children of 3-9 years of age,I need to bring different stakeholders together on a common platform.The problems faced by learners and their needs need to be addressed through open communication.
The learning need of children of 3-9 years of age the different stakeholder like teachers parents, students and community, policy makers for building a strong foundation of life long learning.
To ensure achievement in learning competencies of children in the 3-9 year of age group.Getting a foundation from the very start help the children to learn more.
In my opinion, I would like the stakeholders to know about the activities and learning experiences of the child so that they will learned and understand the needs to prepare a child.
As a school leader I will take the help of the different stakeholders by talking to them and if needed have meetings with them and ask for their cooperation and support in order to adapt with the learning needs of children.
To adapt to the learning needs of children of 3-9 years of age we have to engage all the stakeholders to achieve or create effective learning environments,the stakeholders must collaborate for deep listening as well as active doing,the success of the implementing of foundational learning and literacy lie on them for the support of the goals of education.
Meet up with them and clearly communicate our project.Help them understand and feel included in the process .Through effective communication we'll be able to work quicker and more effectively.

Conduct a meeting or awareness program related with the learning needs of the children and invite the different stakeholders and make a discussion with them.
